The fund plans to invest in early-stage technology companies in the country.

The IFC (International Finance Corporation) has invested $7m in the Valor Capital Fund II. The fund, which is domiciled in the Cayman Islands, will provide capital for early-stage companies in Brazils technology sector and has a target size of $100m.
